Biography

In 2009, Kelvin’s family encountered severe hardships after the passing of their father, who was the sole breadwinner, due to an incurable disease. Back then, they had no insurance, and Kelvin had very little knowledge about insurance and the significance it brings.

In 2020, Kelvin fell seriously ill and almost lost his life. Moreover, his mother experienced health complications after receiving COVID-19 vaccination. It was then he understood of having proper insurance in place.

Kelvin was fortunate that they had insurance to cover these medical expenses, which could have caused another financial crisis for his family. These distressing events prompted Kelvin to reassess his career options during his undergraduate studies.

He decided to join the frontline to make a positive impact, aiming to educate others about the importance of insurance and prevent families from undergoing similar hardships as he did.

Principles & Values

Financial Planning is not something many would prioritize as it’s not commonly discussed or visible. For some, there’s a fear of realizing that they don’t have enough while others aspire to reach their goals but struggle to know where they stand. It’s never an easy task, and not everyone can ultimately overcome all the obstacles encountered along the way. This is where we come in to work on them together as advisors, educators, and confidants. We don’t have to go through this journey towards financial freedom on our own.

“I never knew that financial planning is as crucial as seeing a doctor in the hospital. Unlike most healthy individuals out there, I do not have the option to transfer financial risks to someone else as and when I feel like it. Which is why, as someone who was once healthy and naïve, I aim to set a living example to educate others on the great importance of insurance and future planning.”
