Biography
Arielle started her career in this industry after she graduated from uni. She joined a tied-insurance company by chance. After being there for a year, there were tightened laws about PDPA, and random cold calling was banned. Arielle began to struggle in the following years, as she had to resort to doing roadshows. Despite doing back-to-back shifts 11am to 10pm, sometimes for a week straight, she realized she was not fulfilled and did not do the kind of financial planning she desired.
Thankfully, she chanced upon her mentor's IG story inviting current advisers to a referral workshop, conducted by PPPartners. Wanting to learn more about referrals, she signed up for it and this was her first touchpoint with the team. After finally deciding to embark on this journey with PP Partners, Arielle saw a significant shift in how she runs her business. She no longer focuses on pushing products, pulling random people on the street, and selling only based on surplus. Now she does full holistic financial planning using the unique tools provided by finexis, processes by PPPartners, and now runs her business through 100% word of mouth.
